By accessing or using Bloxik ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bloxik is an AI-powered platform that enables users to:

• Upload and process gaming video content
• Generate short-form clips using artificial intelligence
• Create AI-generated voiceovers and thumbnails
• Export content for social media platforms

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Bloxik offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Creator, Studio) with varying features and usage limits. Current pricing and features are available at bloxik.com/pricing.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed via Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy

4.3 Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes monthly limits on clips, voiceovers, thumbnails, upload minutes, and output minutes. Exceeding limits may require upgrading your plan. Limits reset on your monthly billing date.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Bloxik only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you don't own or have rights to use
• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Upload content containing violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Bloxik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and deliver your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails, clips) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

6.3 Bloxik Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Bloxik and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Bloxik uses artificial intelligence to analyze videos and generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
• Bloxik does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI outputs
• You must comply with platform policies when using AI-generated content

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8.2 By Bloxik

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloxik from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
